I dont get Arnica gel or tablets where I live.  Is there any alternative substitue anyone can reccomend.

I am curious as to where you live that you can't find it. It is very common in any health food store, ie Whole Foods or Herbal remedy store. I would not be surprised if Walgreens had it, I have not looked, but it is that main stream at this point.

Yep, very common in the UK too.  We can buy it most chemists and large supermarkets.

I moved back to India where my family lives.  I've looked in many places and not found arnica gel.  I had only gotten 1 bottle back with me.  Its finished.
