Actually, no, dont do that. I used to do that shit and boy did it hurt. Like, I wanna chop mine off with a knife, but i don't have the cojones to do it. Besides, it will go all wrong and i'll have terrible deformities and it would hurt like hell.

if yer parents are rich, get surgery. If not, get it anyway because ya are gonna get it anyway.

Earlier, i was talking bout cutting off the glands and throwing them at people and stuff, and cooking them and making scrambled eggs. I was gonna buy all the excised gyno glands from the hospital's pathology department and throw them from the stands during the Orange Bowl, but that would have been illegal.

God, i wanna cut all the glands. And, all the heads. Of the kids who make fun of me and my titts.

You are 14 years old.  At 14, you don't know if its going to get better or worse. Theres no telling. Chances are you are going to have to wait it out like the rest of us have.

But what kind of a support community makes fun of its members?  Not one that's any good.  For many this is one of the few refuges in a shiatty world.  A little joke here and there in good fun isn't anything to get worked up over, but taking it to full on taunting is just wrong.

im  16 ive had it since i was like 12 too, i tried everything, people told me that i might go away but im 16 and it hasnt, im gonna get the surgery finally, someone explained to me how its a very easy surgery and how not to get worked up about it, maybe his words will convince you that the surgery isnt such a big deal and you might later want to consider it....

Most put you to sleep. Thats no big deal either. They put you out, its like just falling asleep.
Then when you wake up, you still think the surgery has not been done yet. Than you realize you are in a compression vest. Its a cool feeling. It makes everything seem like it took 1 min to do! The anestesia alone makes the surgery worth it

For the stitches, most doctors put dissolvable stitches in the inner layer of the skin. On the outer layer, they use super glue. It makes the surface scar nearly invisable. The inner stitches dissolve after a few weeks.  

The surgery is painful for the first 3 days post op. When you wake up from surgery it won't hurt one bit, since the canula they use for lipo has numbing fluid in it. Afew ours later the pain will come. The pain is not really pain. Its a weard kinda pain.  

If you have ever worked out you chest really really hard and you feel sore for the next few days, thats exactly what it feels like.  

All in all, the operation is nothing! I got all worked up about it like you are doing. I laugh at myself when I look back now. Its such a simple procedure. 1 week and 3 days post op I was already back clubbing.

Yeah.  I'd say not only possible, but extremely probable. Unless of course you don't wake up from the anesthesia. Or you loose too much blood during surgery. Or in the event the surgeon's had a long day and your chart gets mixed with another guy and you end up with the surgery he was scheduled to get.   Then you may end up in the hospital indefinitely. So he lied- 14year olds do that sometimes.

You should listen to what Dr Bermant had to say and not hit your chest.  Hopefully the gynecomastia will go with time; it does for a lot of young men in puberty.

If it doesn't go and it bothers you, you might want to speak to your doctor with a view to seeing an endocrinologist (hormone specialist) and a plastic surgeon.
