Hi, I am a tall skinny guy with a relatively mild gynecomastia condition. I plan on having corrective surgery some day. What i want to know is, if i do have the surgery, is it better to wait until after the surgery to start a heavy lifting program to build the pectoral muscles?

My main concern is the way my chest looks after the surgery. It seems logical that it might be better to wait until the glandular tissue is removed before i begin lifting to maximize results.

Like I said, I am very skinny and do not need to burn any fat before surgery.

Just seeking some opinions, professional or not.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated,

Thanks :D

The amount of chest muscle that you have does not affect the surgery at all.  Therefore, no need to put off exercising and building those pecs!  Start today!!
