i went to see an endo today and he touched my nipples a bit and said that it will go away, he said everyone get gyne (just in diffrent levels) in their puberty, he touched a bit, said it's only soft tissue and said it'll go away, he said it will go away faster if i work out (ive been working out for about a year)... even though i can feel hard tissue.. do you think it may go away?
details and pictures:

It looks like glandular gynecomastia from the pictures.

Working out and increasing the pectoral muscles will only make it lok worse as the gland sits on top of the muscles and increasing them will only push it further out/make it more prominent.

If I were you I would get a second opinion.

If you tell me what city and state you live in I will give you the contact details of endocrinologists that have an active interest in reproductive endocrinology only which relates to gynecomastia- perhaps then you might get the help you are looking for.

If you want the info just let me know.

That's as glandular as it comes. I hope he's right. But, I suspect he's wrong.

Slight puffiness of the areolas might go away. But, pointy nips due to underlying gland likely will not.

Sorry.

I'm afriad the best I can do is give you the contact details for one endocrinologist in your country;

Menachem Samuel Shapiro, MD
Assiray Sion 45
Hod Hasharon, 45287
ISRAEL
Phone: 097676096
Interest Areas:
   Diabetes Mellitus
   General Endocrinology and Metabolism

and suggest that you phone them and ask if they can help you obtain/refer you to an endocrinologist nearer your home who has an interest in reproductive endocrinology.

I hope that helps.
