can i use stretch mark cream?

hello guys, i have a mild case of gynecomastia, and im planning to get it operated around spring, but i have stretch marks on my shoulders and arms, since i stopped working out about an year ago and lost a lot of muscle, anyways i wanna use this thing called strivectin sd which is very good for stretch marks if used continuously for a few months, and its pretty expensive too, but im afraid it might have any affect on my gyno, im not sure if i should use it pre op or post op, any ideal would be appreciated, thanks

I highly doubt it would effect your gyno.
