CASE difficulty gauge?

hey everyone. I was reading a post about delgado vs. Rajagopal and saw someone say it depends on the severity of your case? I just want to avoid revision surgery like paris hilton avoids a job, so i figure go with the best, Delgado. But people said if your case isn't as bad Rajagopal is awesome and cheaper by 2500. I have puffy nips, so maybe that makes the case more diffficult? Im 5 12% bf, so im not obese or anything. how do i know?
