Chest congestion from allergies, can I take this medicine before surgery? in Gynecomastia Talk

I have really bad allergies and so the doctor prescribed me a corticosteriod nasal spray. I haven't taken it yet since I know I'm getting surgery in 2 weeks, but is it okay to take before surgery? If not I'll just continue taking just Allegra D to suppress my allergies
