ChestCoach? New member, concerned, sucks.

sooo I found this thing called chestcoach as Im sure many of you have. Does it really do something? Isnt the only way to get rid of gland related is to have surgery?

Another thing, I might have this surgery mid december when I get back from school. Any reputable doctors in NYC(home)? and I know there are a lot of tests and things you have to do before the surgery, can I do them across the country where I go to school?
