Compression Vest

I want to buy one of those compression vests but what size would provide compression...I wear XL shirts, does that mean I buy a vest a size smaller? BTW, can you all recommend one?

I bought 2 of them from www.underworks.com.  I measured  my chest and bought  2 large 990 models which fit perfectly. I normally wear XL shirts as well..
