My ps told me, that there is possibility of concavity of the nipples after operation is there any way to avoid this?

Your PS told you a lot of stuff didnt he, I dont know what he means by this, possibly concavity.

Well concavity is a possibly negative result from surgery along with loss of nipple and other such things. He probably mentioned this to cover all bases and to cover his ass incase this does happen. He obviously doesnt want you going after him if this does happen. Take a look at his before and after pictures, if you notice concavity in other surgerys he has performed then I would strong suggest re-thinking your choice to have him as your surgeon.

Only inexperienced plastic surgeons will give you concavity. This is when they take too much fat/gland out!! It's better to be conservative with this operation  ;D
