Confused about flaxseed

I have read it increases estrogen and decreases testostrone and vice versa, anyone know what it really does?

It (apparently) is a very weak anti-estrogen. If you take it in industrial quantities there is (apparently) a chance it might reduce, slow or arrest gynecomastia.

I have only ever encountered one person on the web who said it worked for them and he had no palpable gland and was engaging in an aggressive weight loss regime at the same time.
