Could the solution be this easy

My brother just got his nipples pierced. He says that his nipples remain hard all the time now.

I have heard a few people mention that when they come out of the shower or when its cold that they look better. I think this would so the same thing but it would be like that all the time.

Now I am not sure this is true its only what he told me . But if it is and if this is the look people are talking about, it may be worth it to give it a try.

fact of the matter though: piercing your nip isn't going to get rid of the glandular mass under the skin.
