Difference between size of chest and waist?

Hi everyone,
 I have a big chest and I am very embarrassed about it. My chest comes to 41 inches (104 cm) and my waist comes to 39 inches (99 cm).  I also weigh 81 kgs (178 lbs) and am 5 ' 8" (173 cm) tall, which is short for I am obese. How about you? How much is the difference between the size of your chest and your waist?

I couldn't remember the measures but my waist and chest used to be about the same size. A few months after joining a boxing club i had lost weight, my waist was greatly reduced but not my chest, that's when it became almost impossible to hide it. My gyne makes me look very fat since i have to wear baggy clothes and when i don't it doesn't let my shirt sit straight in my body
