       do you need health insurance to get the surgery done from a plastic surgeon like bermant and jacobs?? (the best their is from what i have been reading)
 
also what are the payment options avalible for the surgery?, do you need credit cards, checks, obvisouly you would'nt pay cash for one of these surgery's

although for me since i am younger that would be the easiest way.
