Could talk to another physician--that's what I had to do.

I talked to another doctor, this time a male, and he agreed I had a "slight case" of gynecomastia.  I disagree on the degree of the condition but he has given me a referral to the plastic surgeon (which was approved).

And I'm talking about referrals and all that since I'm 20 and I don't really have the credit limit or money (since I'm in college) to do a surgery through my own finances--so I'm seeing what Tricare will offer me.

Since I'm working it may take a few weeks but I need to schedule an appointment with a doctor before I go the plastic surgeon--I'm not 100% sure if that means it's surgery or just an evaluation but even if it was just the latter it's better to be sure instead of nothing.
