have any of you seen a gynecomastia surgeon besides dr. Bermant that on his website or during consultation actually mentioning that results has to look good when flexing/moving arms , and craters are not acceptable when lifting arms over head?

They are hard to find. This is why you need to take your time and do at least 3 consults to find the surgeon that is the most competent and is the best fit for you. A lot of good work is being done at universities these days. Try to schedule at least one consult with a professor of plastic surgery that has experience and a research interest in gynecomastia/breast reconstructive surgery.
