Good day.  I wanted to ask a question to the doctors who participate in this forum. Some peopl have very very minor gynecomatia cases.  Just enough to be noticed.

In these cases, is there anyother procedure beside the surgery to make the nipple a little flatter.  Some sort of minor procedure perhaps?

Thank you.

I'm not a Doctor, but the answer is no.

There are a number of expensive creams, salves, ointments, and herbal pills that claim to work; But none really do any good. They are generally just rip-offs and scams.

Losing weight may help some suffers, while sometimes it may have a counter-productive outcome as making the gyne look more obvious.

Unfortunately, if you do have established (ie greater than two years) solid breast (gland) tissue beneath the nipple/areola, then the only safe and proven method is surgical removal.  All the other hyped creams, etc are a waste of money.
