were you taking any medicines? any anti-depressants or anti-epileptic?
I would say stop the chicken and give it a shot.
but anyway, go to an endocrinologist and he will do u a blood test to see the testosterone/estrogen levels.

That link peddels the ignorant outdated notion regarding the causes of gynecomastia.
It says quote
In rare cases, gynecomastia is caused by prescription drugs, over-the-counter medicines, illegal drugs, tumors or disease.
Unquote
Plain wrong and outdated infrormation that pervades.
29% of all those with gynecomastia have an underlying causative condition and 10-20% of all those with gynecomastia typically have the condition because of drug related side effects (medicated or otherwise) that are responsible for causing the condition.
Here are the relative frequencies of causative conditions for gynecomastia in a typical group of 100 men. As detailed by Glen D Braustein in his 1993 white paper entitled Gynecomastia and corroborated by by ismail and Baths 2002 white paper “The Endocrinology of Gynecomastia”.
Cirrhosis/Liver problems 8%
Primary Hypogonadism 8%
Testicular Tumor 3%
Secondary Hypogondism 2%
Hyperthyroidism 1%
Renal Disease 1%
Others 6% (this is the title as they are many causes that add up to less than 1% each)
Total 29%
I think the relative frequencies of medications/drugs (medicated ortherwise) causing gynecomastia per 100 men was 10-20 %
This means that underlying conditions and medications/drugs again in typical frequencies cause between 39 and 49% of all cases of gynecomastia.
So NOT actually rare at all.
When looking at what causes gynecomastia, consider ANY and ALL medications first before you start looking at food and get an endcorine evaluation so you can sensibly rule out any causative underlying condition.
Alcohol is one factor that most notably stands out, if you consider it a food
This is because alcohol greatly increases estradiol and lowers testosterone in the short term and in the long term (if moderate to heavy) often causes testicular dysfunction.
