Does Gynecomastia surgery normally require cauterization instruments?

The reason I ask is because there is a surgeon I'm considering using however I found a website were an unhappy facelift patient said she received cauterization burns and nerve damage.

I am wondering if this may overflow into gynecomastia surgery?

The said she filed with the state but the doctor they found " no cause for action" So I am not sure what that means.
