does rubbing of the gyne exacerbate it

I have had puffy breasts from 13 yrsof each .I alwys used to rub them so that they may not be visible since it causes the aureole to turn sharp n decrease its size.Now iam 20 n  i have developed gyne large enuff for everyone to notice.I keep constantly rubbing my breasts.Does dis rubbing increase the size of the gyne.I found found my right gyne larger in size which i rub more frequently than the left.Please let me know your experiences.

It is not in the least unusual for one breast to be significantly larger or smaller than the other.

I don't think it does any good to keep rubbing the breasts, But I ddon't think it hurts anything either unless you literally rub them raw.
