Does the surgery work for puffy nipples?

Im 16 and my nipples are puffy.

I hate them and I really want an operation as i find them very embarrassing.

But i just read a topic on the Post surgery forum where a few people (with the same problem as me) are complaining that the surgery has not worked and that when they take off the vest their nipples puff again.

I really want this operation and money and everything else is not a problem. I just need to know whether the op will work.

So if you are a doctor or you have or no someonw who has had the operation, can you please tell me whether i should have this operation.
NOTE: It is only my nipples which are puffy and a bit sore, my chest is normal.
