Dr. Bermnat ever just do lipo only for gyne? Just wondering why other doctors don't do the gland execisson.

Also, I like the pic. for this patient most gyne guys can tell you that is also I sign that working out won't get rid of.

I think Dr. Bermant will probably prefers using his Dynamic Technique.  ;D


Most PS's say they have to get in the chest area before they'll really be able to tell if they can get away with just lipo or if excision is necessary.

Yes, I prefer my Dynamic Technique where I use what I find during surgery help guide what needs to be done.  When there is very little gland involvment, sometimes I just need to perform liposuction alone. However, most men with gynecomastia have both gland and fat as part of the problem.  When there is a small button of gland under the areols, I typically remove that gland to minimize the problem of residual "Puffy Nipples".
