  • Wilma, grab the lotion, we're going to the beach!
A doctor who specializes in reproductive endocrinology will do several things including checking your hormones and may be able to effectively treat your gyne without the need for surgery.  Wouldn't that be great?  :) :)

Gynecomastia is a hormone problem. If your hormones have not stabilized and you get surgery, there's a good chance the gyne will return because you haven't treated the underlying cause.

Look around these boards, there's some great threads on this topic.

Plastic surgeons are not experts in what causes gyne, only the removal of gyne (hypo 2004, 2005).  <--- Again, I don't want to be accused of plagiarism.

bassplayer Jc71 has hit the nail on the head so I shall simply bugger off.
