Fluid 6 weeks post op

I had lipo / excision about 5.5 weeks ago and I am still getting fluid build up on the left side - about 10 cc's a week. The right side has had none since the drains came out about 5 days post op. But the left has been consistenly building up fluid...which then has to be drained...

Anyone else had a similar experience? The PS said he never has had one that eventually has not stopped...(at least, if there was a fear of large needles, its gone now).

Sorry...seems like no one else has gone thtough this yet. If your PS seems to think it's fine, then I wouldn't worry too much. Are you still wearing the compression vest? that should help, I think.
