I agree with Grandpa...

don't waste your money on stuff like that until you are already at a higher level and know what you're getting.

If you're looking to buff up, you need to just focus on major weights and good quality proteins and diet. Just do protein shakes and multi-vitamins. Worry about supps later after you have a really thorough understanding of exercise and body physiology.
