Going for a surgery - opinions pls

Hi,
I am a 25 year old male.Having this condition from my teens ,even before puberty. .I have attached the photos too.
Atlast I have mustered the courage to go for a surgery.sugery is in two weeks .i will attach the post-op images after that.Please give your opinions.

Hi, your gyno is almost identical to mine. I have approached 6 surgeons in my region during the past 2 months, and finally have decided to go with the one I feel is best. 
All of the surgeons I discussed with have recommended lipo + gland removal, but 1 of them talked about ensuring the skin below the nipple if removed enough so that other tissues in the area have room to expand during the healing process. This is to ensure the nipples appear flat!
Did your surgeon mention this too?

Hi Jay,
My doc asked me to come with an open mind.he is very experienced in the field so I just believed in him.he also told that I need both lipo and gland.But due to heavy scarring tendency of mine he removed gland while removing the fat itself .as you can see I have no incision in nipple area .I am satisfied with the results.The main thing to consider is how experienced your doctor is.it is fact that no guarantee is there for cosmetic surgery.But the probability of a surgery going wrong is very very minimal.so go for it mate.Dont consume alcohol and maintain a healthy diet.

Wow! Your surgery looks like it was a huge success already. Big congrats. I would happily pay double the amount of money to guarantee a result like yours, seriously....

On a side note, are you an Indian national? I wouldn't feel overly keen on travelling to Chennai as a foreigner for this type of surgery. It's got nothing to do with India itself as I've been there for extended period via work trips in the past, but personal/cosmetic surgery itself is a whole bigger issue to be concerned with. Either way, you obviously made a very good choice

Ok jay.its ur choice.only thing u need to amke sure isbwhether the doc is experienced in this procedure or not thats it.I am an Indian national.also after surgery we have to wear compression garments for 3 months to minimise swelling and fasten  healing.so be prepared for that.pain will be bearable after surgery.mine was done under general anaesthesia.so discuss that also with your doc.atleast 1 week rest is needed after surgery.so plan accordingly.Best of luck

It's good to see that you gyno condition is almost gone. I am a newbie here and planning for a long time to through the surgery. I just want to gain benefit from your experience and want to ask, if you tried other methods before going for surgery? Are there any medications that can help you get rid of the condition? If yes, I would like to know those medicines. Also how much this surgery cost you in India? It's pretty expensive in US.

Hi Mate,
I haven't tried any medications or creams.I had both gland tissue and fat deposits under my nipple.So surgery was the only option.If you are having only fat,then losing weight and exercising might help.But better get a physical examination from a specialist.
Most of the times gyno doesn't have a any underlying reasons.But to be sure,the surgeon will ask you to take blood,thyroid & urine tests.If they fins any root cause for gyno, then they will try to treat it first to see whether it has any improvement on gyno.
Here in India whole surgery cost will come around 1300USD (for a high quality treatment).The fee is given based on my experience.I do not know whether they are charging the same for foreign nationals.  This doesn't include the travel and staying expenses.
Also no one with the knowledge will promise 100% flat chest.Go with an open mind.Consider this surgery as a improvement over current condition.In addition once if you decide to go under knife,go for an experienced doctor that is the main thing. Don't settle for some beginners because of less fee.
