good posture
are there any ways to improve it other than just reminding yourself to quit slumping your shoulders?? like some excersizes?

I would like to know more about this too.

I have practised yoga in the past with some good results, but am also interested to know if there are some other ex.s geared towards directly improving bad posture ( one of the many unfortunate  legacies of years spent livin with gyne)
