I recommend getting a consult with Dr. Dr. Wilcox.   A large part of his practice his dedicated to gynecomastia procedures.  Check out his website and you'll see the technique he uses combined excursion and liposuction through a small incision under the arm.  He feels this provides a more consistent result and less scarring the traditional 'half moon' procedure.

I used him to do my revision surgery last month.  Another PS did my first procedure.  The results were disappointing all the way around. Painful drains, uneven results with a lot of residual tissue.  

It's still only a couple of weeks into the recovery after Dr Dr. Wilcox's surgery, but I am VERY pleased with the initial results.

He also has his own surgical suite. So you can do everything at one facility.  My original procedure was done at a crowded outpatient clinic. Feel free to PM if you have any questions you don't  want to post.
