Hey everyone...
I started gym again today (after 2 weeks of innacistance) and I was wondering what should I do there now, cause I'm planing to have surgery done by December. So what should I do?
Cardio only, cardio + weightlifting, more cardio that weightlifting???.... I'm not sure!! Still got some fat here and there, so I'm not sure what to do. See my pics
