Gynecomastia 13

Hey, I've recently turned 13 and there's a lump underneath my nipple. It's hard and it can also move about, there is no oozing or any other symptoms apart from one of my nipples/breasts sticks out about 1cm bigger than the other. Is this normal, or gynecomastia?

gyne most likely if your nip sticks out. You're 13, it'll probs go away by itself
