Gynecomastia + Amitriptyline

Hi guys, sorry to have my first post as a question

Im 21 and ive had gynecomastia since the age of 8 or 9. And now i have this condition called Urticaria.
The doctor suggested all sorts of antihistamines, but because its idiopathic there really is no known cure.
My dermatologist has now given me some amitriptyline along with 6 pages of side effects, one of which is gynecomastia.

Anyway, because i already have gynecomastia how much worse can it get with taking this drug?
Or do i not have to worry as i already have it?

Plain and simple.

Ask your doctor to prescibe a drug that does not list gynecomastia as a side effect.  While you are at it request a referal to an endocrinologist to ascertain the cause of your existing gynecomastia.
