Hi everyone. I have a question ???

For quite a while now I have had some lumps under my nipples (male) and first it was only on the left side, but then a lump appeared on the right. They are both very sensitive and hurt a lot when touched or bumped. I am fourteen by the way. I am not fat or anything, i have read online its common in obese people.

So my questions are:
 Is this gynecomastia?
How can i make it go away without surgery?

Thank you your answers are very appreciated

Gynecomastia usually starts sometime during puberty and can be manifested by tenderness in the breasts, lumps and breast or nipple enlargement.  It is extremely common in pubescent boys and oftentimes subsides by itself.

If you want verification, a visit to your pediatrician would be of help.  There is no treatment and no reason to become unduly alarmed.
