Whenever You see grandiose claims for a product that has a secret formula which you can get without a prescription you should be smart enough to know it is a scam.

These are herbal remedies of little or no actual worth. They will claim to treat everything from acne to arthritis to gynecomastia. Some claim to build muscle others claim to adjust your hormones etc.

As herbal products, they are not under the same standards as actual drugs.

The final proof is that their claims are supported by testimonial letters from satisfied users. Those letters are also fake. Real medications are never marketed in such a way as that.

Did you read the older post? The doc said it is a scam and a waist of your money! That would mean it is worthless! Being worthless means that it is no good!
