Gyno or chest fat? Please help
Hey guys what do you think? I am really frustrated. I am not obese, decent bmi yet i seem to have manboobs. i want to know if training harder will help or is it just all pointless im attaching some pictures for you guys. I am at a really low point in life and any advise would be really helpful to help me tackle this embarrassing issue.
