to say that the "vast majority of the medical community believe marijuana to be a causative factor in gynecomastia development" is false.

Incorrect.

i don't doubt that you are looking at the white paper by Glenn D Braunstein M.D, but i wouldn't take one doctor's beliefe as the final say in the matter...  besides, all but 2 of the studies he referenced were from before 1980. ie OLD RESEARCH. this is exactly what i was referring to when i said that the OLD RESEARCH backs up your claim. however, more modern studies have shown the results of those OLD RESEARCH studies to be flawed and not reproducable.

The Braustein white paper I was looking at was from 1993.

Interesting that you have presented extracts from studies from 1975, 1980, 1983 that we are supposed to believe and then claim that old research is flawed. LOL

Is it only my old research that is flawed  ::)

The fact of the matter is I stated that the research I presented was flawed to begin with.  But that is because I had a point to make in using it.

It just so happens that the research I presented was far more comprehensive than your equally flawed studies and does not concur with what you have to say.

The fact of the matter is, you are trying to assert the idea that marijuana has no adverse effects on the male endocrine system.  You are just searching away on pubmed and cutting & pasting extracts, but you don’t know what you’re doing.

You do not have the evidence to back up your claim and very few practicing medical professionals in the western world agree with you.

FACT!

What is more you are winging this and we both know it ;)

What is your experience when it comes to endocrinology?

Please detail, i'm sure we'd be interested to know why we should take you seriously ::)

P.S

On a lighter note I should say, don't take my comments personally.  Obviously this is a biting post and one I am sure you will be keen to respond to, but it isn’t a life or death issue.  I’m not even anti-marijuana, like I said it is less toxic than my chosen poison (alcohol).  I don’t have an opinion on personal consumption/use of marijuana one way or the other.

I just felt you were being more than a little unfair in your posts in terms of how you were waging your argument (pushing your opinion with god-awful flawed cut&pasted extracts).
