I've been using topical spiro for about 1,5 months now and a few days ago i felt a burning sensation in my chest. I eventually freaked out and noticed that my nipples seem puffier and the area around my nipples seem bloated. not a lot, but a little bit on the outside, almost under my arms, of the nipples.

i of course quit spiro then and there, but the burning sensation is still there. my question is, will this go away by itself? both the "pain" and the swelling or is this already permanent? it's only noticeably when i sort of slouch forward and with my hands down alongside my body. otherwise, it isn't visible.

so, the pain has pretty much gone away. is it possible the puffiness and "fat" could go away on its own then or is this now permanent? even if it is not proper gyno, but rather just either some excess fat or "water retention" or whatever?

what i'm trying to say, it showed up pretty quickly, is it possible or even likely it'll go away on its own now that i have quit spiro?
