Have an appointment with surgeon, need advice!

Hey, as you probably know from my amount of posts, I've had my surgery already one month and a week ago tommorw. I am not really satisfied at all. My nipples are still EXTREMELY puffy. Tomorrow my mom is scheduling an apointment with him to see what the problem is (I know one month and one week is too early but he said final results in about a month). What are some questions I should ask or things I should bring up? I really don't want him too give me bullshit and dismiss like I think he might. At the one week post op visit he said my swelling was hormonal and would go away on it's own. Then what the hell did I get the surgery for bub?
