hi iam 18 and i think i have gyno
my weight is 85kg i think  im fat
and my height is 184cm
im really worry about my problem
my nipple size is 3cm and 3cm puffy

I will fix my problem with drugs?
Whether surgery is needed?

hey man, youre asking questions that we can't really give you answers but i can help a bit:
if its gyno - no drugs that this forum knows of can help you.
if its gyno - only solution is cosmetic surgery.
is it gyno? no idea, upload some photos so we'll have a look and guess or you can see a surgeon and get an opinion.
correct itself after a while? actually it might but i personally doubt it as 18 is pretty much a late stage of your development.
and losing weight - that might be all you need; could be if its only fat and not gyno.
