ok well i am not sure what i have.

My nipples are puffy and under my skin i can actually feel something hard and big(in my breast area)..What is that? is that gyne? btw if press hard onto that hard 'thing' its sore.

btw...if i do surgery will they remove that 'hard' thing?

sounds like gland....and gyne.  and glandular exsicion will revove the "big hard thing".

You should seek medical advice. If your glands are still developing (which if the hurt you probably are) then you may respond to other non-surgical treatments.
