What do you think.
Im 16.I was curious am i old enough to have surgery?

Im seeing my doc soon about a moajor wrist problem so i ask him if i have it.

Yes you do have gynecomastia.

What you wish to do depends on a number of factors, but mainly.

Your age- it often goes away during puberty

Your felings about it/how it makes you feel.

You will find a lot of people willing to discuss and help you here.

It is important to see an endocrinologist to check your hormones prior to considering/going for surgery, should that be your method of choice for dealing with it.

If you PM me where you live as in city and state i'll get the details of some endocrinologists in your area for you that you can call on pass on to your general doctor.

well ive had these babies since i was about twelve and no sign of them going away but hey ya never know

i always get made fun of   but i just kick the shit outta the person that makes fun of me and then they dont make fun of me lol

Chances are if you've had them for four years, I doubt they're going anywhere, but that also means that since you're still only 16 they may still be growing, in which case they may return after having surgery.  

Have you discussed this with your parents?  Perhaps point them to this website.

yeah looks like you have it. try to do some weightlifting. if that doesn't work, get surgery.
