Hiding Gyno

Hi All,
           I'm 21 y.o. had gynecomastia since I was about 15. Just got enough courage to go to a plastic surgeon a few weeks ago. I am 6 feet tall and around 270 lbs and he told me that he thought I should try to lose some weight so it would reduce the chances of any complications while under anesthesia. I had no objections because I am nervous about going under. So in the mean time is there any type of undergarment I could wear to lessen the appearance of my gyno?
