hello guys i wanted to start working out again and starting to also taking some suppliments again, because i got what i would call a mild gynecomastia, someone told me i should do a testostorone tset to see if my hormones are balanced , b4 i go taking moer suppliments, is that a good test that can do?

That's definitely something you want to watch.  You should schedule an appointment with an endocrinologist so you can have some blood work done.  I spent several hundred dollars on blood work before my surgery, and it's worth it to find out if you have a real underlying problem or defficiency.

Red, you should look for an endocrinologist who specializes or is at least familiar with gynecomastia.  I had forgotten to mention that previously.
