How to find a proven Gyne Doctor

I see Dr. Bermant all over this board. I think it's great that he is in this struggle with us. Has anyone actually used him on this board?
I live in Nashville TN, how can I find a proven doctor that can sculpt my chest. Does any have any doctors in Nashville they can recommend?
I'm so totally not satisfied with my first doctor, I had no idea that when he was finished my chest would be the same size 3 months later.
I'm even considering traveling to Virginia just because it looks like Dr. Bermant actually knows what he's talking about.
Help me out guys, what should I do...

In my opinion, traveling for the surgery is worthwhile if it is to a known specialist.  Better to pay a bit more and get it done once & done right than to have a revision done later...which you will probably have to travel for anyway.

Just because you hear a lot about a particular doctor does not mean that this doctor is the best. I suggest that you do a research on few doctors. It is definitely worth it to find a good experienced doctor even though you may have to spend a little bit more money as well traveling for it.

When I was shopping around. I first spoke to my family doctor. He referred me to this site.  I did a search on the doctors in my area (3 I think.. It's complicated because of health care and insurance in Ontario). I read the good, bad and ugly about pretty much all of them. One thing I learned here. You will find a great surgeon. Just remember, that some people have different expectations of what good results are. Varying from total perfection, to simply an improvement. I dont think there is a doctor rated on here that doesnt atleast have one critisism. Dr. Pope mentioned a board of plastic surgeons. Ask him to send you a link, thats a good start. Or better yet, start a message thread looking for people that had surgery in your area. Get some stories. Make an informed decision. Like all professions, there are both good and bad people.

I live in TN also, im also in the stage of looking for a surgeon, havnt heard of any stories of surgeries done around here though, I am also thinking about going to Dr. Bermant since hes closer and I have heard good things. If you do happen to find a good one in TN, if you dont mind, send me the name
