How to hide it during the summer

I'm probably going to get surgery in the summer but how do i hide it till then. It's really hot in atlanta and the only weight i've been able to hide it is by wearing a tangtop,black undershit,and a double breasted button up over it. Any tips on how i can hide it

Try a compression shirt. I got some last year and they work well.
However I feel even shittier having to wear it than I do having small man boobs...
