how long do i have to leave tape on nipples post op?

how long do i have to leave this tape on? i was told i could take off my tensor after a week... thanks for the help;

Yeah, a week for both actually, but if you remove your 'tensor', make sure that you purchase a compression vest and wear it for 2-3 weeks to help the healing process...

my doctor didnt say anything about buying a compression vest... what would that be used for at this point, i came out of the operation with no swelling, blood, drains, bruising so do i actually need a compression vest?

Give your PS a call dude. Ask him/her if you require further compression.
