how long till you can take bandage strips off? and blood on nipple

 i got this white strips, 3 around my nipple, and they are peeling off, i didnt need compression shirts, but its been a week and he didnt sa7y anything about them, he checked up on me 2 days after surgery and said everything was good, but now the bandages are peeling halfway off, is it safe to take them off now? its been 1 week,

also, i have hardened dry blood under them, its raised, worried about that as well.

oh and also, are normal guys suppose to still have gland? im not puffy but if i feel under my chest it still feels like the glands there
