I live in Ontario Canada and in Ontario we have a heath care program called O.H.I.P. (Ontario Heath Insurance Program) that pays for excision and all hospital costs. I had to pay for the Lipo though.

The full cost of surgery was about $4000. Of which, OHIP covered $2720 and I paid $1280, taxes in.
