well I'm scheduled for surgery on the 8th of October. i just had my consultation with a Dr Lawrence McCarthy. hes gonna do the surgery for 2,200. i just hope hes not gonna botch me. the good Dr reccommended i should only take 2 wks post surgery before returning to the gym. does anybody think this is a too short of rest period?

i am almost 1 month post op. when i was 2 weeks post op i dont think i would have been ready to return to the gym. I feel like if I went to the gym tommorow i could probably do it pretty easily but i am going to wait another week or 2 before i do.

WOW, congratulations!!  freedom is just a couple of weeks away my friend.

I have mines scheduled on October 29th and I can't wait!!

My doc says that at least 3 weeks until any type of exercise
