I booked an appointment with a surgeon who is apparantly really good with this sort of thing. He took a look at my chest and poked at it etc. He said that the glands weren't big enough to have them removed and that lypo would give me the desired results. Will lypo mean that i will have less scarring ? I trust in what he says, and i beleive he may be right. Another thing he said is that if he did remove the glands the nipple area may sag and create and undesired effect.  All i care about it that my nipples are flat, as right now they point out and are puffy. Will lypo alone make my nipples flat?

He's the doc, not me, but I do know that a lot of guys have complained on this site of puffy nips and were disappointed when the doc did lipo only.  

I'd say get a 2nd opinion.
