  • Had expensive surgery... Now I'm flat busted!
I've been reading the threads on this site and looking at the pictures and now know that I have gynecomastia.  I've always dreaded taking my shirt off at the pool and have missed out on a lot of good times that others take for granted.  My nipples are puffy and my chest looks more like breasts.  I'm 6'3" and about 230 lbs.   If surgery is the way to get rid of this, then I'm sold on it.  By the way, I have had this stuff since I was in my early teens and I'm now 40, so I don't think it's going away on its own.  Anyway, I'm going to keep reading the posts and I may ask a question or two along the way.

Mr_Nip....

Welcome to the Site Broh!  ;)

Thanks for sharing your story.

Yes... Surgery is, for the majority, the only option. Do your homework though my man. Read the boards and ask many questions.

* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?
